Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and Check-out is 11:00 AM.
If your room is not ready upon arrival, the hotel will hold your bags.
Hyatt Regency operates on Eastern Standard Time.
PARKING
Valet Parking
Hyatt Regency Cincinnati offers valet parking with in and out privileges. Valet parking daily. Clearance is 6’8” feet.
$39.00 per night
NOTE: Hyatt Regency are not able to valet large trucks, F-150’s, etc.
There is a self-parking garage across the street that those big trucks can park in should anyone have a bigger vehicle.
Non-Valet Parking options:
Public Parking garage available near hotel.
The closest is Fountain Square Parking Garage and Central Parking Garage, both of which are within walking distance of the hotel.
REGISTRATION & REFRESHMENTS WITH EXHIBITORS
The registration desk will be open on Sunday, April 13th from 2:00 – 3:00 PM EST in Regency Ballroom. Pick up your badge, grab a refreshment, and mingle with exhibitors until 3:00 PM.
DRESS
Business casual attire is appropriate for all sessions, receptions, and the banquet.

The CFO Forum will take place on Tuesday, April 15th, 12:15 PM - 5:00 PM in the Bluegrass Room (registration required).
